Set in a prime location – an elevated clifftop position - Tides boasts breathtaking views of the sea, the Bristol Channel and the distant Welsh coast. This superbly finished, unique house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a truly special retreat for creating memories combining fun, rest and relaxation.

Location

Ilfracombe in North Devon is a small fishing town and is perfectly situated to access local amenities. The high street and sea front are just a short stroll away with the sea front having many good quality restaurants and bars along with small independent shops. Damien Hirst’s influence continues to grow and there are now many art galleries within the immediate area. The Landmark Theatre is close by and is a fantastic facility with a large variety of shows, live music and festivals. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools and children’s soft play area is at the bottom end of the road. Further along Granville Road is the ‘Torrs Walk’ which has meandering pathways with spectacular coastal scenery.

Top Floor

Stunning and very spacious, bright and airy open plan living room and kitchen with panoramic views over the coastline from one side of the building and charming town views from the other. Full height glass doors take advantage of the light and amazing views. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with solid walnut units and white Corian work surfaces giving a stylish finish.

•Lounge area: 2 large sofas with amazing views, TV with Freeview and DVD with surround sound system. The large bi-fold doors on either side of the room open out to balconies.

•Dining area: Large table for 8-10 persons with sea views. Bi-fold door opens to balcony.

•Kitchen: open-plan, contemporary and fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast bar for 3 guests.

•Large 28ft sitting room with cleverly hidden, small kitchenette screened by folding doors. This area is especially useful when entertaining outdoors
